Q: What areas do you service?
A: We service Las Vegas and the surrounding suburbs such as North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Anthem, Mountains Edge, Paradise, Enterprise, and many more.
Q: Are you by appointment only?
A: We are by appointment only. Depending on our schedule, you may be able to schedule a same-day service. To schedule an appointment, you can call, text, email, or send an inquiry on our website.
Q: Can you detail at my office or apartment?
A: We can detail at your office or apartment. When detailing in a complex, we just ask that there is enough room for our equipment and for us to freely move around the vehicle.
Q: Do you offer just interior or just exterior?
A: We do offer just interiors or just exterior services, however they must be purchased with at least one other service.
Q: Do you need to use my water or power?
A: We are completely self-contained. We are equipped with our own deionized water tank along with a gas generator. However, if possible, we do prefer to use the clients power in order to cut down on noise.
Q: Can I bring my vehicle to you?
A: Yes. We do not have a shop but you can bring your vehicle to our home location near Saint Rose and the I-15.
Q: How long will the service take?
A: Depending on the service, the average time for completion is 2-5 hours. If we are doing a simple maintenance wash then we will be done within 2 hours. However, if we are performing a thorough full detail then it may take closer to 5 hours.
Q: Are you able to remove water spots?
A: Depending on the severity of the water spots, we are usually able to remove them without compounding/polishing. If the water spots have been on the vehicle for an extended period of time, then compounding is the only way to remove the spots.
Q: What’s the difference between a drive-thru car wash and your service?
A: With our service, your vehicle is getting a premium detail. We start with a pre-wash rinse which removes the majority of the dirt. We then spray the car with a thick snow-foam and gently scrub the paint, wheels, and rims to remove the remaining debris. After the decontamination is done, we rinse and dry the vehicle. Lastly, we clean the door jambs, apply a tire dressing and a spray carnauba wax which will protect your vehicle for months to come.
So my Ford F-150 used to be my daily driver. I would take it back-and-forth from home to work as well as from home to the dog park with my 55 pound pitbull... I finally looked in the back seat and was shocked at all the buildup of dog fur and other...lovely items. I knew it was time for a clean. With perfect timing, my buddy told me about this auto detailing service he used and it was Shiny Ty's. This guy had my truck for just over an hour and my goodness it was amazing. Like I just got it off the lot but with 40k miles on it. I'd definitely recommend this to other people. Well worth it and I'm sure he could have made another dog with all the fur he got.
